Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.

Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing (additional charges apply).

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Orders over $100 will be shipped with tracking information.

Orders under $100 may be shipped without tracking to help reduce costs. If you prefer tracked shipping for smaller orders, please contact us before placing your order and additional fees may apply.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping times may be impacted by external factors such as weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers but will do our best to help you track and locate your package if needed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, LetterLane Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend selecting tracked shipping for added security.
