Welcome to LetterLane Co.! We're so excited to have you here as part of our growing affiliate family. Whether you're a first-time partner or a long-time letter lover, thank you for helping us spread the joy of handwritten connection, one envelope at a time.

By joining our program, you're not just earning commissions β€” you're becoming part of a heartfelt movement that celebrates community, creativity, and ethical growth. We're honored to grow alongside you!

These following terms and conditions apply to individuals who are accessing or using the Program both as a merchant (β€œwe” or β€œmerchant”) and an affiliate (β€œyou” or β€œaffiliate”) who refers customers to use product or service from the merchant.

By participating in the Program, Affiliate agrees to use the Program in the manner specified in, and are bound by, these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

πŸ“† Program Structure

LetterLane Co. offers a tiered affiliate structure designed to reward growth, consistency, and ethical community building:

(Tier 1) - LetterLane Co. Community Affiliate ProgramΒ 

  • Commission Rate: 10% on direct sales (Earn 12% on all first-time customer orders)
  • MLM Commissions (Program Commission-Based):
    • Level 1: 5%
    • Level 2: 3%
    • Level 3: 1%
  • Recruitment Bonus: $0.50 per new affiliate recruited

(Tier 2) - LetterLane Co. Insider Affiliate Program (Invite-only and milestone-based)

  • Commission Rate: 15% on direct sales (Earn 17% on all first-time customer orders)
  • MLM Commissions (Program Commission-Based):
    • Level 1: 5%
    • Level 2: 3%
    • Level 3: 1%
  • Recruitment Bonus: $0.75 per new affiliate recruited

To Qualify For Tier 2:

  • Accumulate $250 in approved commissions, with at least $100 from non-self-purchase sales
  • OR refer a minimum ofΒ 5 unique paying customers

πŸ’³ Payout Details

  • Minimum payout threshold: $50 in approved commissions
  • Payout schedule: Commissions are eligible for payout 30 days after a sale is made to account for returns or fraudulent orders.
  • Payout method: Venmo
    • Payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.

⚑ Self-Purchase Policy

Affiliates may use their own links or codes for personal purchases; however:

  • Only a limited portion of self-purchases count toward milestone-based tier upgrades.
  • Abuse of this privilege to artificially inflate earnings or unlock tiers will result in review and potential removal from the program.

β›” Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of our community, the following is strictly prohibited:

  • Creating multiple affiliate accounts to self-refer or earn duplicated commissions
  • Using fake names, email addresses, or identities to trigger referral credit
  • Excessive or abusive self-purchases intended to exploit the program
  • Misleading marketing tactics, including false advertising of LetterLane Co.'s products or services

Any violations may result in withheld payouts, account suspension, and removal from the program.

πŸ”— Affiliate Links and Coupon Use

  • Each affiliate receives a unique link automatically upon approval. You may also generate links for specific products or collections via your dashboard.
  • If a person clicks on multiple affiliate links, the first link clicked is the one that receives the credit (first-click attribution).
  • Affiliates may or may not be assigned a unique coupon code. If a coupon code is assigned, the terms of use will be visible on your dashboard.
  • If a customer uses both a coupon and a referral link, only one commission will be awarded.
  • You may advertise LetterLane Co. products on social platforms, blogs, and offline channels such as magazines or print ads, but must follow ethical marketing practices.

🧰 Marketing Tools

  • We may share promotional assets such as banners, logos, or product features through the Marketing Tools tab. Affiliates may download assets or use HTML embed codes provided.

🌐 Network Tab & MLM Structure

  • If the Network tab is enabled, you may invite others to join as your downline. When a downline affiliate makes a sale, you will receive MLM commission based on the merchant-defined tiered structure.
  • To invite others, share your network link from your dashboard. Anyone who signs up using your link becomes part of your downline.

πŸͺ Cookies & Tracking

  • We use cookies to track referred users. A user must have cookies enabled for tracking and commission credit to apply.
  • If cookies are disabled or cleared, tracking will not work, and commissions may not be awarded.
  • Cookie duration is stated on the affiliate registration form. Within that window, all valid purchases from referred customers are automatically tracked.

🚫 Removal from Program

  • If you wish to leave the program, contact us at affiliates@letterlaneco.com.
  • We also reserve the right to remove affiliates for any reason, including policy violations or extended inactivity.

✨ Promotional Best Practices

We encourage all affiliates to:

  • Use authentic language and share your real experience with LetterLane Co. products
  • Promote through organic content like social media, blogs, or email lists
  • Never spam or mislead your audience

βœ… Program Changes & Termination

LetterLane Co. reserves the right to:

  • Modify commission structures or bonuses with 7-day written notice
  • Review affiliate performance for eligibility in higher tiers
  • Terminate accounts found in violation of these policies or inactive for extended periods
