LetterLane Co.β„’ offers a performance-based tier system designed to reward consistency, authenticity, and genuine community impact. Every affiliate begins in our Community Tier, with opportunities to advance as they grow their reach and results.

1) Community Affiliate Program

  • 6% commission on all Stamp orders
  • 3% commission on all LetterLane Co.β„’ Kits (Starter, Restock, and Power)

All affiliates start here. This tier is designed to help new partners find their rhythm, learn the system, and begin earning right away.

2) Insider Affiliate Program (Milestone-Based Upgrade)

  • 9% commission on all Stamp orders
  • 5% commission on all LetterLane Co.β„’ Kits (Starter, Restock, and Power)
To qualify for Insider status:
  • AccumulateΒ $400 in approved commissions
  • Refer a minimum of 8 unique paying customers
  • Maintain at least 2 active customer referrals every 60 days to keep your Insider status

Insiders represent consistency, creativity, and leadership within the LetterLane Co.β„’ family.

3) Elite Affiliate Program (Invite-Only)

  • 11% commission on all Stamp orders
  • 6% commission on all LetterLane Co.β„’ Kits (Starter, Restock, and Power)
  • MLM Structure Activated β€” for high-performing affiliates who demonstrate sustained excellence and community growth
Eligibility for invitation is based on:
  • At leastΒ $1,500 in total approved commissions
  • 20+ unique paying customers
  • Consistent activity and brand alignment for at least 3 consecutive months
  • Demonstrated authenticity, professionalism, and positive community influence
  • Personally invited after review by LetterLane Co.β„’ Team

Elite Affiliates embody the highest standard of partnership at LetterLane Co.β„’ and receive early access to campaigns, beta products, and future brand collaborations.

Each tier is reviewed based on total approved commissions, community engagement, and authentic promotion of the LetterLane Co.β„’ brand.

Your affiliate code gives customers exclusive savings while helping you earn from every successful referral. Affiliates are rewarded for every purchase made through their referral link or coupon code.

There are currently no MLM or recruitment bonuses within Community & Insider Affiliate Programsβ€” we believe in a simple, fair, and sustainable model that celebrates genuine community impact within those tiers.

  • Venmo Minimum Payout: $50 in approved commissions (Manual Payout)
  • PayPal Minimum Payout: $25 in approved commissions (Automated Payout)
  • Store Credit Minimum Payout: $10 in approved commissions (Automated Payout)
  • Payout Schedule: Commissions are approved and eligible for payout 30 days after purchase to account for refunds or chargebacks.
  • Payments via Venmo, PayPal, or Store Credit β€” fast, secure, and reliable
  • Payouts apply only to completed, non-refunded transactions.

⚑ Self-Purchase Policy

To ensure fairness and protect program integrity, affiliates will no longer receive commissions for their own purchases.

You are welcome to continue using your code for personal discounts where applicable, but commissions apply only to outside customer sales.

β›” Prohibited Conduct

LetterLane Co.β„’ holds our brand and community to high standards of ethics and transparency. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Creating duplicate or fake affiliate accounts
  • Using alternate identities to self-refer or manipulate tracking
  • Misrepresenting LetterLane Co.β„’ products or discounts
  • Exploiting referral systems or misleading customers
  • Violation of these policies may result in withheld payouts and permanent removal from the program.

LetterLane Co.β„’ reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for suspected fraudulent or self-generated referrals, including multiple accounts under the same buyer.Β

  • Each affiliate receives a unique referral link and coupon code upon approval.
  • First-click attribution applies β€” meaning the first valid affiliate link clicked receives credit.
  • If a customer uses both a referral link and a coupon, only one commission applies per order.
  • You may promote LetterLane Co.β„’ across approved platforms (social, blog, email, print) while maintaining ethical, authentic representation of the brand.

  • Tracking is powered by browser cookies.
  • Cookie duration: 3650 days.
  • Purchases made within this window count toward your commissions as long as cookies remain active.
  • If a customer uses your referral link and continues shopping later, their purchases will still be credited to you during this window.

🚫 Removal from Program

We reserve the right to remove affiliates for any of the following reasons:

  • Policy violations or unethical activity
  • Fraudulent orders or chargeback abuse
  • Extended inactivity or lack of engagement
  • Reputational harm to LetterLane Co.β„’
  • Affiliates may also voluntarily withdraw at any time by contacting affiliates@letterlaneco.com.
