Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If you would like to return an item, please contact us for instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.

Damages and Issues
We carefully inspect all orders before shipping. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@letterlaneco.com with photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

🏵️ Chargebacks for "Item Not Received": All orders over $100 are shipped with tracking confirmation. If an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact their local post office to file a missing package claim. Orders placed under $100 does not receive tracking and customers must understand this risk and we are not responsible for lost packages.
🏵️ Chargebacks for "Item Not as Described": Our product descriptions and photos accurately represent the items sold. If you believe your order was incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so we can resolve any concerns.
🏵️ Disputed Chargebacks: If a chargeback is filed without attempting to resolve the issue with us first, we will dispute it with proof of purchase, tracking confirmation, and order details.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with all available evidence.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
